But thinking again the work of the Civil defense and the Navy is what they say we are going to be doing so I am thinking that this thing is fake and to add they don't even have a web site that you can go to, any body can register a website these days. please be warned o, I think it is fake but I have already paid.

I explained that I was just crossing the road but he refused to listen to me and started behaving erratically. He dented my car with his gun and demanded N20,000 from me. I ended up pleading with him and he reduced the sum to N10,000 which he collected from me before he left me alone.

There was nothing in the area to indicate this and we explained this to them when we went to their office in Garki but they refused to listen and in the end, We had to pay N5000 before the released the car.
