Detail: After obtaining a valid court judgment and not succeeding through garnishee means, we had no option but to resort to attachment and sale of goods. We therefore had to process for a writ of attachment. that cost 3,000 for court registrars to fill the form, 50,000 for the bailiffs to give us a date to attach the goods. the police took 10,000 from us to give the necessary orders to the division concerned to release police officers on the execution day. the Division took 5,000 for release of men on the day. All this did not pain till on the execution day. The PHCN staff where we were to execute judgment on understanding our mission ran to the commissioner of police for Kaduna state and paid him off. this led to a signal withdrawing the police we had therefore putting us in danger!!!!. So Egunje flowed well well. I dont know how much PHCN paid the commissioner. I would have contributed it to the Egunje tally. We thus tucked tail and left. shamed and exposed despite the free flowing egunje.
