There is a Junction between Akoko and Kogi State, partly Edo State. The Nigerian Army Men in that Junction are so perfect that they do not collect the money from driver. They have employed a civilian. A young guy in casual wear will walk close to driver and the driver will drop 100 Naira or above to their agent. I was forced to ask to driver what he paid for and he told me that the boy works for the men of Nigeria Army at that junction.
