Detail: MINNA –It is not only policemen who collect egunje, but soldiers, FRSC and traffic wardens. Once in Minna I was stopped by road safety people, they booked me for not using seat belt and said I have to pay fine of N20,000 or give egunje of N2000 and they let me go after giving them the money.
