Detail: I was asked to pay =N=50,000 by the Oga at the Top, before I could get a passport, I ended up negotiating it down to =N=20,000. Everyone in the office was involved, because they were not happy that I was negotiating the money downwards. Although, they seemed very helpful, but just for their cut from the bribe.
