Detail: My friend and I were in Central Area yesterday and he parked his car near Jenifa Plaza as we went in to buy some things and when we came out, the car tire had been locked. There was a sticker on the car with a number to call for enquiry and when we called, the said we parked the car in a No Parking Zone. There was nothing in the area to indicate this and we explained this to them when we went to their office in Garki but they refused to listen and in the end, We had to pay N5000 before the released the car.
