Detail: A civil defense officer told my sister-in-law that if she wanted to get a job with the civil defense corps, that I would have to give him 200,000 naira. She was able to raise 100,000 naira to give him but since then, she hasn't gotten any job from them and they haven't refunded her money. And she needs the money because she borrowed it from someone and the person wants to collect it back.
