Detail: I market petroleum products. I have fuel and kerosene sellers working for me. A police man, Corporal Aparachi, demanded from my workers the sum of N50,000. My workers were forced to pay N21,000. Another group of people were taken to the station, and instead of filing a report, the police collected N15,000 from them. This is becoming a regular occurrence for us in Mpape that sell above 25litres.
