Why should I bribe the police to do their job

Detail: Last week monday I was at SARS office in Akure to report a guy who I assigned a job to. He refused to do the job and also refused to refund my money, I was asked to pay N10,000 before they invite the guy over and they also demanded for 15% out of the money. I did pay 10k cos I came all the way from Lagos, but after we caught the guy and he promised to pay, it was then that the Inspector made me to know through a junior officer that 15% will be deducted out of the total money. To my surprise the officer called me that the guy brought the money and ask for my account which I forwarded alas!!15% was deducted plus the 10k ooo.

Thanks for every other inmiofatrve site. The place else may I am getting that type of information written in such a perfect manner? I have a challenge that I’m simply now running on, and I have been on the glance out for such info.
